La Muse Press is committed to assisting aspiring authors with writing and self-publishing their books. We offer editorial services such as manuscript evaluations to ensure high-quality books. It is our goal to educate and empower writers with the necessary tools they need to successfully publish their books independently. Book Editor and Coach Mary B. Banks established La Muse Press in 2011.  She values great storytelling and has a passion for book publishing. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Seminars. In May 2011, she obtained a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts at the University of Baltimore. Mary completed her graduate studies at George Washington University where she earned a Master of Professional Studies in Publishing in 2019. She is the author of Street Magic: Stories and Tales (2011).
